A great night at Zza’s wine bar

Zza’s turned out to be a great night. My show of paintings and drawings was received very well, beyond my expectations. The place was sufficiently packed with friends both old and new and they were ready to buy some art. I am truly thankful to the community and am looking forward to next time. Which won’t be for a while, by the way. The show will run through early September, please stay posted for new Zza’s art parties. Zza’s wine bar is at 550 Grand Ave in Oakland and a great place to spend happy hour. (left) Mary Casey, Pete Glover, Alice and Brian Caraway

Zza’s was hoppin. This photo has little ghosties on the top.

There are still a couple left. The show did not completely sell out, although a couple of my favorates are still available. Although, given how different and frankly wierd the imagery is, my expectations were totally surpassed. You can click on the picture to enlarge the image.

I took this picture when the reception opened and I was nervous nobody would come. Thank you Oakland.
